Yes. Agencies on the $149/month plan (5 white-label reports) count like any customer: you earn 30% of what we receive (40% as an invited partner) for as long as they pay.

Always disclose

Every post says “#ad” or “I earn a commission if you buy through my link”, up front.

Never promise AI results

osmarks shows what AI says and publishes confirmed proof. Don't claim it makes AI recommend anyone.

No spam, no brand-keyword ads, no self-referrals

Breaking these ends the partnership, forfeits unpaid commissions, and future commissions stop.
